First of all, we love to offer insurance benefits to make Acupuncture more accessible to everyone, and we do our best to accommodate plans. Unfortunately Health Insurance Companies have their limits, that we have to work within.
Insurance: We are in network with United Healthcare & Blue Cross Blue Shield for Acupuncture only, not massage. We are not in network with Cigna, but we are happy to give a Superbill. We have a great professional biller that we use. They do everything they can to get claims paid, but there is never a guarantee. We accept some UHC Medicare Advantage but not Medicare or Medicaid.
Insurance only covers certain ailments, anything beyond that reverts to our self pay/ cash rates. Things that are often covered Pain - Musculoskeletal Nausea due to any reason ie. chemo, pregnancy Medicare Advantage: Low Back Pain only
Issues that are not covered (unfortunately) We offer packages for these concerns. Fertility Perimenopause Menopause If you have coexisting covered conditions, we can submit for those, but there may be a surcharge for uncovered treatments.

Car Insurance /Personal Injury: We can submit/ bill for insurance, if you have a lawyer, we will require payment upon the time of service. We will supply your lawyer with all relevant information. We can submit directly to car insurance if that is appropriate.
